Recensione "Mr Dangerous"
Gabriel Cyphre, uno degli artisti più maligni e shoccanti nella scena della musica, torna con il primo studio EP in uscita il 13 giugno distribuzione SickCyphre records "Mr Dangerous", seconda fatica del colorato cantante oscuro, si presenta come una piccola raccolta di canzoni più brutali che abbia mai scritto prima.I temi rimangono legati alle fantasie più estreme che un essere umano possa avere, cannibalismo.
Un sottofondo di note elettroniche intessute da un sintetizzatore ci avvolge subito in un'atmosfera futuristica, nel pieno delle melodie e delle potenti percussioni si intrasente una sottile linea di sinfonia proveniente da violini che rende tutto molto magico e drammatico.La voce seducente della cantante Kendra Scarlet, lascia subito spazio alla furia delle parole di Gabriel Cyphre."Dancing With My Heart" è un brano a tratti spaventosamente potente ma con delle pause di percussione che avvolgono l'ascoltatore in una breve sensazione di extasy.
Per quanto riguarda il concept del disco, trattandosi di sogni erotici/cannibali del cantante, sarebbe un vero delitto svelarvela in anticipo. Non sò voi, ma io odio le persone che ci raccontano la trama di un libro prima ancora di averci lasciato la possibilità di leggerlo.Posso solo anticiparvi che si tratta di un racconto dai toni crudi e terrificanti, mescola atmosfere da cinema horror/splatter ad un approcio più brutale, ed a tratti anche romantico.

Gabriel Cyphre, one of the most shocking and devilish artists in the music scene, back with his first studio EP out 13/June/2011 distribution SickCyphre records “Mr Dangerous”, second effort of the colored singer of the darkness, appear like a small collection of brutal song he ever written before.The themes embrace the most extreme fantasies that an human being would have, the cannibalism.
A background of electronic notes interwoven with a synthesizer, envelops us in a futuristic atmosphere, through fully melodies and powerful percussions we can hear a soft line of symphony comes out from violins that makes everything magic and drammatic. The seductive voice of Kendra Scarlet, leavs space for the wrath of the words of Gabriel Cyphre “ Dancing With My Heart” is a song sometimes frighteningly powerful with some bracks of percussions that wrap the listener in a brief feeling of ecstasy.
With regard to the concept of the cd, Since it is erotic/cannibalism dreams of the singer, would be a crime reveal them in advance. I don’t know you, but I hate when people tell the story of a book before letting me the time to buy it and read it all. I can only advance you that “Mr Dangerous” it’s a tale with raw and terrifying tones, mixing horror/splatter cinemas atmosphere with a brutal, and sometimes even romantic approach.
