One man band finlandese (sinceramente, l'unico gruppo proveniente dalla finlandia -oltre ai Sargeist- che riesce a coinvolgermi). Il black metal proposto è concretamente sulla scia del black classicamente finlandese, ma con un approccio diverso -quasi hard rock (non nei riff ma nel feeling)- i pezzi conservano varietà di tempi al loro interno pur essendo molto lunghi e ripetitivi, e spesso fanno capolino assoli chitarristici di non spregevole fattura. Il tuttofare del gruppo, Mikko Aspa è anche l'attuale voce dei Deathspell Omega, nonchè tuttofare negli Stabat Mater (doom), batterista dei Fleshpress (sludge), e membro di un sacco di altri progetti minori; nonchè proprietario delle etichette Northern Heritage (label black metal) e della Freak Animal (label industrial/noise-power electronics).
