I Vision Bleak sono una band goth\black dalla Germania, si formano nel 2000, e si compongono di Ulf Theodor Schwadorf, ex componente degli Empyrium e da Allen Konstanz, ex Nox Mortis. Le loro tematiche sono concentrate sull'horror, le stesse canzoni potrebbero quasi essere unite a formare una colonna sonora di questo genere di film.
Nel 2004 rilasciano il loro primo album "The Deathship Has A New Captain", seguito da "Carpathia" nel 2006, e dal prossimo "The Wolves Go Hunt Their Prey" la cui uscita è prevista per il 31 agosto del 2007.
